Cancellation and Refund policy

Under UK law, you may have the right to cancel or request a refund under certain circumstances, in accordance with this policy.

Please note that our policy on cancellation and refund varies depending on the payment model you have chosen for access to content or courses on the Art Skill Academy Website. See options below:

  1. Paid Upfront Drip Access Courses
  2. Paid Upfront Immediate Access Courses or Workshop Replays
  3. Subscription Access to Unlimited Membership or Live Only Membership
  4. Paid Upfront Booking for Watercolour Wednesday or other live session bookings.

 

1. If you paid to access Paid Upfront Drip Access Courses:

Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:

    • you have requested it within the 14 day cooling off period.

The 14 day cooling off period begins:

For Paid Upfront Courses:

  1. If you purchased before the course started, on the first day of that course run; OR
  2. If you purchased and the course gave immediate access to the first lessons in the course, on the day you made the purchase.

Once your access to the Paid Upfront Course run has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course or associated bonuses.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the product(s) or access to courses. To request a refund please email [email protected].

 

2. If you Paid Upfront for Immediate Access Courses or Workshop Replays

We do not offer refunds to payments made on any courses where you get immediate access to the lessons and bonus content (unless specified on the sales page or checkout page).

 

3. If you paid for Subscription Access to Unlimited or Live Only Membership

We do not offer refunds to payments made on any monthly subscription plan for Art Skill Academy Unlimited or Art Skill Academy Live membership programs. Your subscription will automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription or if your subscription is suspended or removed by Art Skill Academy.

Once your Subscription Access to Unlimited or Live only Membership has been removed, you will not be able to access any of the membership lessons or bonus content. This includes not being able to take part in future live painting sessions. Your subscription will automatically renew for another term at the end of a subscription term unless you cancel your subscription or if your subscription is suspended or removed by Art Skill Academy.

If your Unlimited subscription plan is an annual plan you will not be entitled to a refund. You may cancel your annual plan at any time, but you will continue to have your Subscription Access until the end of the current subscription period.

 

4. If you register for Watercolour Wednesday (or other live paid for sessions)

 

Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:

    • you have requested any time up to 24 hours before the start of the live event.

Once your payment for a session has been refunded, you will not be able to access the refund or the live session.
